This 100th Anniversary cookbook contains some church history as to when Centennial Christian Church was first built and a Dedication page. It shows pictures of two ladies who have been members of Centennial Christian Church “longer than anyone.” It also contains a “Table Blessing” (c.1880).
“A Century of Good Cooking” has a hardback cover with metal ringbinder to add more recipes. But it already has 322 pages of recipes, 8 pages for “Index of Rcipes,” and 3 pages for “Index of Contributors.” This 100th Anniversary Cookbook of Cenntennial Christian Church contains recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation and are guaranteed to be very tasty. For instance, this book probably contains the original “Stone Soup” recipe on page 62. All kidding aside, each recipe in this cookbook contains a title and an author that deserves to be remembered throughout the ages to come.
